We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and quite close to the main square in the centre of town. The hotel itself was beautiful, with high ceilings and spacious rooms. The room we stayed in was amazing, with classic charm and comfortable wooden furniture. The hotel facilities were great, including a wonderful inner yard that provided a peaceful and relaxing corner. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. we couldn't ask for a better location and experience in this city.

Centrally located with easy access to transportation and the city center. Spacious and sunny bedroom was clean and quiet. Enjoyable breakfast with a good variety of food options. Friendly staff made for a smooth check-in process. Will definitely consider staying again.

Despite being adjacent to a road with trams, the noise from the street is bearable. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacks air conditioning, so it can get warm in the rooms.

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the main square and close to the shopping centre and station. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom. The breakfast at the nearby Hotel Polonia was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The atmosphere in the hotel was great, and I loved the old-style furniture. The trams were convenient for exploring other parts of Krakow. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location! The hotel was situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main square. This made it really convenient to explore all the attractions and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The room was a bit warm, even with the radiator turned down. Sleeping with the window open helped, but it also brought in a lot of noise from outside.
